Thanks dixiedarlin what a kind lovely offer, but I am watching a few on Ebay at the moment, I'm wary of buying a new one mail order  from a uk seller so am looking at used pans from private sellers where they look like the photo you have posted ie the right thing.

I have been looking at some on ebay in the US so might try that if i can't get one here.

Once i get the correct bear it will be my last Wilton purchas for a while

I was going to make myself a Birthday cake for a change using this pan, I had my heart set on a Panda

I totally agree re looking inside the box from now on, and if i can't look in the box I aint buying it!

I've seen this on ebay in the US.

Its new and the packaging is completely different to the one I bought in the UK.

Has anyone bought one from ebay, in the US?

Can you have a look and see what you think? Does this look right?

I've bought a used pan from ebay in the US. YAY!!!!!!!  Well two actually

 I contacted a seller of a new one from the US but they were unable to confirm if it was the new or old box. So I bought this used one yesterday. I already got a USPS international tracking number. I'm so excited. The 2 cost me less than $25 equivalent to £17 GBP ( postage was $46) but worth it to get the one i wanted. I havd been outbid on 2 in the  UK both went for £30 plus P+P

Yes both were bought together, I can't wait for them to arrive.  Its from Garage Sales Emporium on ebay they have loads of other pans they all look hardly used some still have the stickers in..
