My name is Nathalie Aukema and I live in Lelystad, the Netherlands. My passion is making edible art in every form. As a former competitive figure skater I have found a way to use my creative skills in designing and making beautiful cakes. For me it is not only important to have a gorgeous looking cake but the flavors are equally important. All our cakes, cupcakes and treats are baked from scratch with the best, fresh and organic ingredients.
