My First Attempt At A Rose Ombre Cake.
White chocolate mudcake, raspberry curd filling, white chocolate ganache for frosting. My first foray into something more complicated than slapping chocolate frosting on to a cake. Trickiest part was getting the ganache to a decent temperature to pipe (my kitchen is *cold*). The flowers are by my manager at work (bearing in mind I don't work in a flower/cake business!). Pretty simple, but I was pleased with it since I'm a baby beginner.
