Top Tier - White Almond Sour Cream Cake; filled w/white choc. raspberry ganache & raspberry preserves & white raspberry SMBC; covered w/vanilla ABC and white choc. ganache drip. Adorned with macarons, meringues, Sixlets, malted balls, choc. shards, etc.

A 2 tier barrel cake. Covered in fondant, and embellished with simple pastel colored fondant daisies. Gum paste roses of pastel colors, both made petal by petal and by rolling method, sit upon the cake. Adorned with a "21" made of gum paste and painted with edible gold paint.

This cross shaped cake was made for a parish picnic. The cake flavor was white chocolate; the filling was white ganache, strawberry american buttercream, and strawberry preserves; it was covered with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The flowers were made with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream and the "ribbon" was made out of gum paste.
This bone shaped cake (made using a rectangle shape cake pan and round cake pans) was a chocolate cherry flavored cake. It was filled with chocolate american buttercream and cherry preserves; and it was covered with vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. The 2D Paw Patrol characters (on top of the cake) and the paw prints (on the side of the cake) were made out of fondant. The Badge (on top of the cake) was made out of fondant w/tylose added. The small bone (placed in front of the cake) was made out of Rice Krispie cereal treats and covered w/fondant.

Pineapple leaves made of gum paste - thank you Adorn Cakes for a fantastic tutorial! 2 Tiers of chocolate and vanilla cake covered in Italian Meringue Vanilla Buttercream. Filled w/Chocolate and Vanilla IMBC and Raspberry Preserves. Bottom cake tier embellished w/green grass skirt made of fondant, put through a pasta machine (spaghetti attachment), as well as fondant flower trim. Top cake tier was adorned w/fondant bamboo (made w/Karen Davies Bamboo Mold). Surfboard and hibiscus flowers made of gum paste.
For my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. A 2 Tier buttercream covered cake. Layers of chocolate and vanilla cake filled with whipped white and chocolate ganache and strawberry preserve filling. Lace covered, gumpaste flowers, and gumpaste decal.
Cake made with the giant cupcake cake pan. Covered in buttercream, with buttercream rosettes and fondant flower accents. This was inspired by so many other beautifully decorated rosettes cakes made with the giant cupcake cake pan.

I made this three Tier 60th Anniversary Cake for my father-in-law and mother-in-law. The bottom tier is a strawberry cake with american strawberry buttercream filling and covered in vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. The middle tier is a chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and strawberry preserves, and covered with chocolate Italian meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache; and it was decorated with white royal icing. The top tier is a spice cake with cream cheese buttercream filling and covered with cream cheese buttercream rosettes. The "60" on top was made out of gum paste and painted with gold luster dust.
