Floral And Ornate
This was the perfect opportunity to try out some Lambeth techniques and was also my first attempt at it. (Thanks to Wendy Kromer's Craftsy class - Learning the Lambeth Method). This 6" cake was a peanut butter cake with chocolate ganache filling and iced with buttercream. All the piping was done in buttercream and the other decorations were made from fondant using silicone moulds.

Tinkerbell And Lace Wedding Cake
This four tier wedding cake is adorned with a Tinkerbell Swarovski crystal ornament that sits in a stand that is lit up. The gumpaste water lillies match that of the ornament. The bottom tier is 14" with the the others being 12", 9" and 6". Appliqued lace and bling ribbon decorate the tiers.

Summer Harvest Of Sunflowers
This 6" cake was inspired by the mosaic design on one of the Pinterest boards. The yellow blossom ruffles represents a field of sunflowers. This is a white velvet cake with white chocolate pecan ganache filling, iced in swiss meringue butter cream. All the decorations are made from fondant.
