This is a 3 tiered chocolate mud cake with whipped buttercream frosting filling and chocolate ganache shell. Stripes were made with modeling chocolate, top two tiers were covered with fondant. Used gold highlighter dust to paint the gold tier.

I love SophieBifieldCakeCompany's purple pom cake, so I made a teal version...I have a lot to learn before I can even come close to making one as gorgeous as hers! (The colors look really dull in the photo, but they were actually really bright and pretty!)
This was a birthday cake for my FIL. I loved Patisseriejaja's Ski Mountain cake, so I attempted to make a similar one. I was running out of time though so a lot of the little details got left out. Hopefully some day I'll be able to make one as good as Patisseriejaja!
This was just a simple buttercream ruffle cake I made for my 4 yr old's birthday party...I tried out something new though and made my very first gumpaste tiara :) It turned out much better than I anticipated, though I learned a lot and will do things much differently next time to hopefully yield a better tiara. But she loved it, so that is all that matters! *The 3rd photo is an example of the gumpaste crowns I made as coordinating "cupcake" toppers for our RKT's
