This is only my 2nd wedding cake (which had to be delivered into the mountains and dairy free). Flowers are gumpaste, barbed wire is fondant in which I used a clay tool. Cake stand was custom made by the groom. It has a hand carved boot and hat in 2 corners rope carved in around the border. Bottom of stand has barbed wire wrapped around it. TFL
First car cake... hand carved. Covered in MMF. Tires are not edible. Not to shabby for my first one!
This cake was for a baby shower. Yes, the top is also cake. It was definitely a challenge but I managed to pull it off! TFL

Animals are made out of fondant. I put pretzels around the outside to give more of a zoo feel and not a jungle theme. TFL

*Paul Frank Monkey Cake Pops.... I rolled the dough and used a bell shaped cookie cutter to get the shape. I think they turned out perfect!
This was my very first wedding cake! There are a lot of things I need to keep practicing on (piping!!) but for being my very first, I am pretty happy with it.
This was a large 14" pregnant belly cake. I had to use a wok to make it this big. I also put a 14" circle on the bottom. The breasts are not cake due to request. So I used styrofoam. This was to match the Taffy Bedding for the upcoming arrival. TFL!
