his cake was a surprise wedding cake from a bride to her groom. She decided to forgo the traditional cake they originally picked out and asked me to do a Yankees, Bucs cake as a special treat for her hubby to be! We also did 18 dz asstd cupcakes.
The mom wanted butterflies, flowers, pink, purple, and lighter green. The top is an 8" strawberry with fresh strawberry filling. The bottom is mocha chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. All iced on BC, flowers, butterflies, leaves, letters, and #1 are fondant. No gumpaste used :)
I was asked to make a cake for a girl turning 30 and her uncle, turning 62. Soooo yeah not easy lol. I decided to do a 6" French vanilla with bavarian cream for the girl, I used fondant to make some personal pieces to surround the cake like ballet shoes, FSU symbol, basketball, baseball glove and ball, hickory stick and puck. Also did a black board, apple, ruler and glee. For the uncle he love his boat and his tractor and scuba diving soooo that's what we made him :) I used an 8" Michael chocolate Cakr filled with whipped ganache.
Made this for a little guys 4th birthday. Top volcano cake is carved red velvet with cream cheese filling, bottom tier is chocolate chip with fudge filling. All iced in buttercream. Dinos, waterfall, lava, rocks and plants are all hand made with fondant :) I had sooooo much fun makin this one :)

Thanks to all the amazing CCers who helped me with my hundred questions on this one lol. The little boy actually screamed when he saw it :) 11x15 WASC with chocolate filling, truck is CASC with princess emulsion bc filling. All iced in princess emulsion BC. Tires are RKT covered in modeling chocolate 2 times for smoothness. Truck covered in fondant.
I set up this dessert table and made all the desserts seen for my best friends bridal shower. Cake is brides white with raspberry filling and white chocolate cream cheese icing. Also on table: white chocolate covered oreos with monograms, pumpkin cheesecake minis, strawberries n cream cheesecake minis, chocolate chip brownie bottom cheesecake minis, roasted banana mini cuppies with honey cinnamon frosting, peanut butter cuppies with fluffy chocolate frosting. Also, 120 white chocolate seashells throughout the display including the thank you take home bags! The chairs are gumpaste. I seriously slept 2 hours in 3 days working on all of this but the bride to be LOVED it!!!!
This cake is designed after the SWAT logo of my husbands SWAT team. The were celebrating 20 years and wanted a cake to showcase the updated emblem. I am so happy with the outcome. See the next photo for the original emblem!
My husband actually iced and covered this w fondant for me since I'm on temporary bedrest. I made the flowers and design from fondant.....yep the scroll is fondant because I'm not allowed in my kitchen to make RI lol. I made pit it together from bed as ordered by the doc :) I love my hubby for helping me get to do a cake!! TFL

The cake is to match the baby bedding for the new baby :) Cupcakes are hummingbird w buttercream cc icing, mocha chocolate chip w buttercream and fondant polls dots, and Madagascar mania bean w bc and fondant polls dots. I made the stand myself.
