First Time Making This Birch Tree Design I Used Liz Marek Of Artisan Cake Companys Design And Even Some Guidance From Her Which I Am So
First time making this birch tree design. I used Liz Marek (of Artisan Cake Company)’s design and even some guidance from her which I am so very thankful!! I also used the LMF fondant that I like to add about 8 oz of white couverture chocolate to. The flowers were made to match the flowers used in the reception. The cake board was done by using the tutorial by Kaysie Lackey’s class from Cake Masters! Isomalt moss! TFL!

Gold Paris Themed Wedding Cake
The original design was by Sharon Wee Creations who does amazing work! Even the flower was done using her flower tutorial! The gold is all edible as it was airbrushed using Americolor gold metallic sheen and then dusted with Wilton gold pearl dust. Lace was done using molds. Eiffel tower was provided by the bride. I printed out the picture of the china that was going to be used for the tea party themed party that the mom sent me to try and match the tea pot topper for the cake. Made out of RKT but I used Fruity Pebbles instead of Rice Krispies...then covered in chocolate melts...then fondant. Used the Wilton molds for the roses and leaves then dusted them with petal dust...also hand painted the gold with super gold dust with vodka-TFL!

Princess Emma Kate's Birthday Cake
6? Strawberry cake with fresh strawberries with Strawberry SMBC/8? Red Velvet with cream cheese icing, both covered in white chocolate ganache then MMF. Special thanks goes to Becky Willard for her amazing stenciling demo she did at Fun with Sugar hosted by Oklahoma State Sugar Art Show last week! Perfect timing as I just had a request for that very thing this weekend! Style of the crown was picked out by the mom who ordered it. Everything is edible! TFL!! How I did the crown:I cut out my template and it was just big enough to wrap around my 4? cake pans. I put my two pans together bottoms touching then wrapped a legal sheet of paper around them folded length wise in half so the crown would not show the crease in the middle from the pans. Then I wrapped the crown around the pans and the points slowly bent down. Although there were a few that wanted to fall more than others so I just used a prop to hold them up until they dried. After a few days of drying, I very carefully removed it from the pan (I hadn?t attached the sides yet) and then put some edible glue on the ends and put them together and let it air dry a few more days. After it was dried I airbrushed it silver then painted it with dry silver luster dust to finish it off.

Chocolate Collar Cake
Just playing around with doing a chocolate collar. Wasn't what I really wanted and will tweak it if I ever make one again. There are a few video tutorials I came across. One was hdblissbomb from youtube, Would have preferred using a chocolate transfer sheet but just used plain chocolate chips. tfl
