Cake made for a friends niece's birthday, She picked out the cake design which is most likely from cc. Thank you to the original designer, her niece loved the cake. I made a mini version for a friends (late birthday ) who was at the party also and a Huge fan of the show.
Cake design picked by the person ordering cake for her daughter. I wanted to give the designer credit but couldn't find the original. Thank you CC and everyone for such wonderfull designs . The birthday girl will love it.
1st try at the quilting look used the sheet for quilting texture results not as good as I wanted The bow I attempted 4 times before I got it right. Not by day to work on cakes but it came out ok in the end
This is just a scanned photo put inside a plastic sheet . The plastic sheet was placed on top of a fondant slab so that the plastic doesn't touch the actual cake. The fondant slab can be removed and will not effect the cake. Easy , worked like a charm, The customer loved it and we didnt have the expense of a edible image. Edible images I havent worked with yet, but look forward to using.

checkered cake
This was to match my friends daughters stuffed animal. I used the front half of the little lion stand up cake pan on top of a square cake. The ears were mini cupcakes with the top cut off, since using top only of the mold the ears didnt come out right. The tail was made with fondant. Buttercream except the fondant tail with buttercream on top. My daughter helped me with the colors and the eyelashes.
for moms 75th bday, I know all the flaws and there are many on this one. but from a distance not so bad, and mom will love it anyway.
Tinkerbell cake for my friend's daughter, meringue mushrooms were fun to make, made them and the flowers early in the week of my order. The large doll I attached a large dowel that was then driven thru the cake layers. The cake traveled as is across town with no problems. We arranged this on a mirror but for now I don't have that photo yet.the mirrow was 6m thick ( from the hardware store) and the 3 layer cake was just fine on it.

Had auctioned off a cake for Charity. The winner wanted a cross for Easter. I did see a cake on t his site and here is my copy. The Lady loved the cake. This site gives so many ideas... I can bake forever. Constantly looking at the cakes!
