14" 11" 8" and 5" WASC iced in buttercream with gumpaste flowers and fondant drapes
4 12" stacked layers of Chocolate fudge cake filled with Raspberry.Iced in Ganache then covered in Fondant. All of the accent pieces are made with fondant. Boiling water is poured sugar. Completely edibe except for the crawfish Bride and Groom which were first formed from aluminum foil and then covered with fondant.
Fun Fun Fun to do ... 100% edible ... and all hand made figures.
WASC with Strawberry butter Cream filling . Gumpaste tiara made with the Cricut Cake (my first time using it ). Fondant accents hand made.
10" and 6" tier Yellow cake with vanilla butter glaze, iced in buttercream with momogram, ribbon tril and silk tiger lillt.Not too crazy about this one .. not my best design job ..

This was so much fun. Red Velvet with cream cheeses filling, I ced in BC with fondant bow and accents.
First I want to thank kayla1505 for the inspiration . I did this cake for a friend of mine at work whose grand daughter was having her first dance recital. It came out ok .. just wish I had gotten the BC smoother .Then by the time i drove the 45 minutes it takes me to get to work , it had cracked really bad. So I guess this would classify as my first cake disaster.
