This is a mini dessert buffet I just did for a birthday bash. I made everything I could think of mini and added some candy to boot! It contained cream puffs, french macaroons, chocolate covered strawberries, whoopie pies, chocolate cake bites, cake pops, a mini red velvet cake, cheese cake, fruit tarts, PB&J cups, chocolate mousse cups, strawberry shortcake shooters, tiramisu shooters, chocolate covered pretzels, salt water taffy, m&m's, rock candy, and finally candy rods. I even made the center pieces as well!! TFL
Hand painted Marilyn with airbrush paint. The kiss was made by making a potato stamp. You cant see from the picture but the bling is around the base of the cake as well as the side. Each panel had a kiss on it. Unfortunately my camera battery died so this was the only photo I got before the customer picked it up!! Cake flavor was yellow with strawberry shortcake filling and white chocolate buttercream. The birthday girl was lactose intolarent so its all done without dairy!! TFL

Mama Mia! I loved making this cake!! The cake is yellow with white chocolate bc. The bowl is fondant and hand painted. The "meatballs" are chocopan. Spagetti is modeling chocolate along with the parmasen cheese that was grated. The sauce was pureed fruit and jelly. TFL
Cake is yellow with chocolate truffle filling, white chocolate BC The ball was white modeling chocolate and the bill on the hat was Duff's fondant (dont recommend it for the bill because it doesnt dry out!!)

This is a cake I did yesterday for a bride. She wanted this really odd color of purple that I couldnt find so I used a deeper purple color. Hope she liked it! The cake was white chocolate raspberry with lemon curd and white chocolate buttercream. TFL
Made this for a thirteen yr old boys birthday! He loved it! Stewey is made out of modeling chocolate and RCT. The Stewey "poses" on the sides of the tiers were made from fondant and tylose. I printed out the sizes I needed and traced the outline onto the fondant. Then I took edible markers and drew and colored in the features by hand. TFL!

I thought the first picture reminded me of Jurasic Park and the T-Rex looking into the window at them!! This alligator is eventually going to be sitting on a football field with a football in his mouth and wearing a jersey! But I couldnt wait to post him! TFL
I saw on a forum that someone wanted to know how to do the flowers on a cake that was done by Confetti Cakes. I thought it was so pretty that I wanted to try it for myself. Not as good as her's but I still like it!! TFL!
