Ice Cream Sundae
Thank icedideas for your idea. This is for my niece. Buttercream, dairy free ganache, and fondant accents. Although I was itching to make each ice cream a different flavor frosting, my sister asked that the frosting all be one flavor for simplicity in serving. The cone cake is vanilla with a hint of almond. ice cream cake is chocolate and cupcakes are neapolitan. Fun cake to make, now I just hope it transports well!

Miller's Carpet
Small cake made for a boy, who worked for his father's carpet company this summer. His favorite thing to do was cutting letters out of the carpet. The logo on the front of the cake is the business's logo The G on the top is the boy's initial and it is meant to look like it was carved out of a shag carpet.

Steak Cake
fondant painted with thinned color gel. The label holds a quote that the birthday boys'd grandmother always said as they were about to enjoy something fatty and high in cholesterol; meat, mayonnaise... She would then proceed to tell them each member of the family that had heart disease. Lol!

Rosh Hashana Beehives And Apples
Roah Hashana is the Jewish New Year. We eat apples and honey to symbolize that we should have a sweet new year. The beehive is honey cake with a cinnamon b/c. (normally a glaze is all a honey cake needs but for the purpose of the beehive, I created a lighter b/c). The hives were baked in the mini doll pan. The apples are NFSC with "sugar cookie icing" on top.

4Th Birthday Castle Cake
This is my 1st castle cake. I made it for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was surprisingly pretty easy. Butter cream cake and fondant covers the the top of the turrets, also fondant accents. The cake is 2 8in. x 2 in high squares. The round one is a 6in x 3 in high. The turrets are ice cream cones. If you're thinking of making one, go for it; it's fun!

Princesses
My daughter wanted a princess for her 5th birthday, but I knew that 1 princess would not be enough for the whole family. I therefore made 4 mini princesses to go with "Princess Tova". My nieces felt they all needed names (lol), so they named them. The large princess is made with fondant. The little princesses are made with buttercream (except for the white skirt, which is also fondant). This was my 1st attempt at princesses and I think they turned out ok. It was fun, at least! (how 'bout the short, messy hairdos?!)

Fighter Jet
My son wanted a chocolate fighter jet for his 6th birthday. i couldn't find how to make one, so I first cup it from a piece of paper. It was hard, crumbly and I should've coered it in fondant. He loved it! i also added some cupcakes at the end that were piped with white buttercream tip 12 to look like smoke.
