Cake was iced in buttercream with fondant and gumpaste decorations. The cake inside was 6 layers, rainbow colored. Really fun to make.

Cake pops dipped in white chocolate then placed in mini cupcake liner for bonnets. Made pacifiers out of fondant and attached a sugar pearl with melted choc and made bows of fondant. Cake was iced in buttercream, sand was crushed nilla wafers. Flip flops were made of sugar cookies and covered with fondant. All flowers were made of fondant and seashells were white chocolate dusted with pearl and/or color dusts. Sugar pearls were then sprinkled around as customer wanted them since this was for a wedding shower and bridesmaids were wearing pearls.

Star shaped pan, sides iced smooth and pinwheel design filled in with stars and did a star border on bottom. Quick and easy to do.
Cake was covered in fondant with a fondant bead border that was dusted with pearl dust. Stargazer lily, stephanotis & bud and ivy leaves were all gumpaste and dusted with color dust.
This cake is all buttercream, it was a very small cake, only 1 cake mix total. It was made for the anniversary couple at a 50th anniversary celebration.

I used pearl dust on some of the pieces. The birthday boy is really into his ABC's so they wanted the pirate to be coming out of the treasure chest and the treasure to be ABC coins.
3 tier patriotic themed cake. All was covered and decorated in fondant. Uncle Sam on top was done with RKT and fondant. Fireworks were royal icing stars attached to floral wire wrapped with floral tape. Accessory pieces were combination of chocolate, gumpaste and/or fondant, and RKT. Sand was a combination of graham cracker and nilla wafer crumbs. Cake and pieces were lots of fun to make.
Cupcakes done in all buttercream. Used yellow gel for the hat. Super easy to do and everyone loved them, especially the leprechauns.

Cake was made using Wilton 3-D car cruiser pan. The top of the cart was fondant covered cake board and supported with cookie sticks. The steering wheel was a flower nail covered in black fondant. The seat and seat back was fondant. Bags were made from MMF and golf clubs were lollipop sticks covered in MMF. Grass was piped around with tip 233.
Sheet cake iced in buttercream. Sand traps were dug out and filled in with graham cracker crumbs, Pond was piping gel and cattails were made with skewers. All accent pieces were made from MMF, Smaller cake was cut to make hill for trees to set on. Tee was made from chocolate and golf balls were made from MMF rolled in white nonpareils. Golf club was a lollipop stick covered in MMF.
Cupcakes iced in green buttercream. Center of sunflower is an oreo cookie. Piped petals and then piped ladybug on top of each.
Bottom sheet cake was iced in buttercream. Bunny cake was baked in the panda pan. I cut the ears off the bear and made the bunny ears out of cardboard covered with foil. The blanket was a piece of fondant covered with buttercream stars and zigzags between the stars to fill in.
