Thanks to __Martha__ for the idea! I've never done this before, so I wanted to do something that had obviously worked out for someone else. So, I copied, or tried to, this design. Now that I've done it, I think I could come up with something on my own. I'm taking this to my inlaws tomorrow. Merry Christmas!

Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my step mom. It's my first time making those flowers. It's fondant with buttercream flowers and star border.

First Cake -- No Classes

I haven't taken any classes just bought the lessons for Course 1 and Fondant and the caddy with course 1 materials. I'm not so happy with the red color, I couldn't get what I was looking for, but other than that, I'm pretty happy with it. Thanks for looking!

First Cake -- Red Hat

I made this cake for my mom's friend who is turning 50 this weekend. My mom is doing the whole red hat w/purple thing for her party. Anyways, I think it turned out pretty well, except I didn't get a very red color. But for not having taken any classes, it's not too bad.
