Almond cake, raspberry filling with BC flowers. I made 120 of this for my daughters Motherâs Day daycare festival. I saw them on a you tube video it looked so easy and it really was. I had a great time
First cake I made for my adoptive Daughter MIRANDA. The message on the pictures is: top SHE LOOKED, middle WE LOOKED and Bottom GOD TURNED US INTO A FAMILY (everyone at the party loved it). MMF decorations, & photo frames with luster dust & edible photos. Bottom tier is Pina Colada cake & filling, the other 2 are Chocolate cake and chocolate mousse filling. I took the picture after someone poked the cake. Thanks for looking ... As you can tell I LOVE the sea. LOL!!
I had a request for a Shrek themed cake, the picture was used for the invitation and I was asked to use it on the cake. This middle tier is supposed to be Shreks cottage. Thanks for the inspiration I came up with this by looking trough the gallery.

MMF first time using crimpers had a great time, the angels I did in MMF with a chocolate mold.
Buttercream and MMF decorations, the #25 made it with royal icing.
This is my first full sheet cake, I did a Frozen butter cream transfer. Followed the instruction in the cake central article, It was sooo much fun to make; it was a large image 18in long x 12 in. wide. I used frostn pride (whipped frosting). The birthday gril loved it !!
