My First Nfsc!
These are just some practice cookies that I made because I will be making some #1's to give away at my son's b/day. Loved the recipe, although totally underestimated the amount of time it takes! Had some trouble with a smooth piping job and lots of bubbles, but I think they turned out great for my first ones! Would love ANY constructive criticism, since that's the only way I'll get better. THANKS!!!!

Air Force Promotion Cake
3 Tier: 12, 9, & 6. 12- White cake w/ raspberry filling....9-Devils food cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling......6-yellow cake with almond buttercream filling. All almond buttercream, fondant flag, buttercream roses, and the stripes are taped to cookie sticks and inserted. This is the biggest cake I've ever made. Didn't match the vision in my head, but I think it turned out ok. Fondant dried out REALLY fast, need to find a way to keep it more pliable before I put it on. All criticisms welcom. TFL!

Zebra B/day Cake
White Chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Cake is almost 5 inches tall!! First time doing zebra stripes and fondant bow/roses. Love the zebra stripes since they were so quick and easy as well as the roses. My bow definately needs work, but practice makes perfect. The bow is brushed with disco dust/glitter and is super sparkly!! TFL

My First Wedding Cake!
This is my first wedding cake. Bride wanted a bride/groom topper but I forgot my camera (it looks better w/o anyway) Wasn't a fan of the colors, but you do what you are asked. Of course, my icing isn't super smooth, my dots aren't perfect, and I have grease spots on the ribbon......live and learn :) think I did pretty well though considering it's my first and I'm 41 weeks pregnant (and about to pop). Would LOVE some constructive criticism and any help/tips ya got. TFL

Packer's Birthday Cake
I made this for my friend's birthday. He turned 33, hence the number 33 at the top. It was my first topsy turvy cake and probably my last!!! It was alot harder than I expected it to be, but everyone loved it. Bottom layer is choc cake and top is classic white. All iced in Wondercream icing with fondant decorations.

Promotion Cake
This is a promotion cake I made for the guys at work who made the next rank (Air Force). Plain white cake with white wondercream frosting. Still working on my roses, though. This was also my first time attempting a reverse shell boarder (on top only) and making colored stars out of white fondant. All in all, I was really pleased with the way it came out, especially since I've only been doing this for a few months and really have no idea what or how to do anything! HAHA Anyone have any tips that might help??
