Snowman Wonderland Cake
Made this for my aunt who's birthday was the same day as our family's Christmas get-together. Got the inspiration for this cake from the Wilton site's A Very Merry-Go-Round cake. Bottom is a 2 layer 8 x 2 inch round, top is two layer 6 x 2 inch round. Buttercream. NFSC cookies with rbc and royal accents. Real candy canes and mints.

Wizard Of Oz
Wizard of Oz cake for my daughters 5th birthday. Bottom is two layer, 8 x 2 inch round (chocolate). Top is two layer, 6 x 2 inch round (confetti). The Emerald City is made of pretzel rods covered in melted white chocolate chips and I added green food dye while melting. Attached Emerald City to the cake with popsicle sticks, although my chocolate was a little messy so I couldn't push it all the way in. Not a great photo...cell phone photo taken at hotel.

Spiderman And Green Goblin
This was the second cake I made for my son's 6th birthday. This one was for his party with family. 11 x 15. FBCT. These were two seperate pictures from a coloring book...tried to make them look like they were supposed to go together. Spiderman didn't come out as clearly as I wanted as my 21 month old stuck his finger through it as I was working on it and had to try and repair (kids!). Was overall happy with the transfers. Think the cake looks unfinished. Should have done border around top of cake.

Centerpiece Wedding Cake At Reception
This picture was taken by the photographer at the wedding reception. I did 26 wedding cakes as centerpieces. 2 layer 6 inch rounds. White cake with blue sprinkles. BC icing. All cakes were different per bride orders. Wedding and reception were outdoors. I know my cake looks lopsided, but it was actually the table and not my cake. There are other mistakes, but my cake was level!! This was my first wedding. Usually just do cakes for family.

Centerpiece Wedding Cakes
In September I had an order for 26 wedding centerpiece cakes. This was the first of 26 completed (hence all the mess in the background). All cakes were white with blue sprinkles. All iced in BC. Bride was married on the beach and wanted all cakes to be blue, white, and/or aqua. No beach theme. Left designs to me. Unfortunately, this was the only picture I got of my cakes (although I've found out the photographer did get a couple).

Grateful Dead/steal Your Face
I made this a couple of years ago for hubby's 30th birthday. He's a huge Grateful Dead fan. Bottom was a 9 x 13, top a 9 inch round. I printed a copy of the steal your face symbol, cut out the pieces and laid them on the cake, and then used a toothpick to trace the symbol onto the cake (this was before I knew about the pin prick method). All buttercream.
