Pinwheel Tri-Coloured Wedding Cake
Fondant pinwheels made by making out of a scrapbook die cut. First making thick rigid paper pinwheels and hot gluing to cardboard. Cutting different sizes and colours of fondant pinwheel circles, laying on the cardboard version and pressing with the edge of a popsicle stick into each ridge. Then letting dry and adhereing to cake with royal icing. Marked out the intervals for twisting around the cake evenly. I don't do this for a living, just made as a gift for my cousin for her pinwheel wedding.

Round 3 Tier
This is my 3rd wedding cake (I'm an amateur) and was a gift for my brother in law. They had an antique tea-parlour style wedding and the bride wanted something simple and elegant. I chose the pearl necklace look around each tier with tiny pearl drops, and gerber daisies which last a long time after they are cut. She loved it and I was pleased with how it turned out. I have never done 3 tiers before.
