Circus Cake
For my niece's 2nd birthday. All buttercream with fondant/gumpaste accents. The popcorn is marshmallow dusted with luster dust. My niece's name is Fisher so that is what I put on the popcorn box. My sister has hidden talent!! She made the clown and the seals. We laughed at how big they were but they were cute! LOL! She of course seen cakes similar to this on CCC, so thank you to all previous creators. TFL

Princess Cake
Buttercream with fondant and gumpaste decorations. I've always wanted to do a princess cake (mommy to boys here!) and I was thrilled when I was asked to this for a birthday this weekend. And imagine my joy when she showed me a picture she had pulled from the internet and it was SugarShacks princess cake!! I knew I would find a tutorial! I love you Sharon! The writing on the ribbon was the hardest part. I don't have an edible image printer. Had to use food markers. The crown had to be painted with a brush which was pretty time consuming since i don't have an airbursh machine. The jewels on the crown are not edible.

Sweet 16
If imitation is the best compliment than I hope whoever the original designer of this cake was is completely honored! A picture of this cake was given to me to reproduce for a Sweet 16 party. Iced in buttercream, fondant and gumpaste decorations. This was my first bow, I need to work on those! TFL

Tuxedo Cake
I made this for my Pastor's son. The cake is iced in buttercream with fondant accents. I should have taken a picture of the inside, it was a neopolitan cake, top layer was vanilla, then strawberry with strawberry icing, then chocolate with milk chocolate icing with chocolate shavings. I also made the chocolate covered strawberries.

Square Round Wedding Cake
I am not ashamed to say that I copied this straight from the cake master herself, Sugarshak! Of course it's lacking Sharon's flawless execution. This is all buttercream with edible pearls in the diamond impression. This was my first wedding cake. The bride loved it but of course she is a friend and only paid $250 for it and the grooms cake, so she is kind of obligated! LOL! I have so much to learn still. I am forever indebted to Sugarshak for creating such an imformative DVD on buttercream! TFL!
