The top cake is supposed to be a replica of the brides dress, thank heavens it was just a simple strapless gown! 60 cupcakes in all, 30 of them IMBC chocolate with chocolate Irish cream filling, the other 30 vanilla filled with chocolate raspberry buttercream. All of them iced with vanilla IMBC and topped with an IMBC forget-me-not flower. The bride-to-be loved it and wouldn't let anyone touch the top cake, she took that one home! Thanks to 4dollars for the inspiration for this one!
Here is the first Elmo with the head that 'blew up'! It didn't really blow up, it just fell completely apart...notice one of Elmo's eyes is in his lap and the other is behind him!
9X13 white cake base with 3-D Elmo on top. Iced in butercream with fondant accents. Elmo is made from rice crispie treats. Little tip: let them dry before you attempt to decorate! Atempted replica of DH's Aunt & Uncle's wedding cake for their 25th wedding anniversary. Base cake is a 10" French Vanilla filled with raspberry buttercream, top is a 6" lemon-blueberry cake, both iced in buttercream. Silk roses, silver ribbon and silver dragees as accents.

French vanilla cake baked in the Wilton cross pan. Iced in buttercream with fondant bow and mini flowers around sides of cake. I called this bow the 'Dolly Parton' of bows cuz it was so big compared to the size of the cake!

Huge thanks to Granpam who did this cake first and so much nicer! 11 X 15 vanilla cake cut lengthwise and stacked, iced in buttercream with fondant accents. The tools are from the Dollar Store however the silver wrench on top is made with chocolate wafers and painted with silver luster dust.
6X3 inch chocolate banana cake iced in buttercream with fondant hand molded monkey on top. It doesn't look like Curious George but once again, at 4 AM it was gonna have to do! ;)
