This is my second wedding cake and the biggest project I've ever done. It was for a family members wedding. The colors of the wedding were the same as the cake. Each layer is a different flavor, all covered with buttercream. This is the smoothest I've ever gotten a cake. The flowers are real. The bride and groom were pleased with the look and the taste. Yeah, it's done!

These are all the cookies that were placed into a mini hay bail to match the theme. It came out cute. Because the event was outside, it dried out the cookies. I've never had that happen.
I made these for my horse club banquet. They are NF with Antonia's icing. The red on the barn isn't as bright as I wanted, but oh well.
They are vanilla and chocolate. The lining has a leaf pattern that matches the leaves on top. I made the leaves out of royal icing. I made around 200 leaves, it took a while, lol.

This cake was a hard one. Putting the fondant only on the side wasn't the easiest thing....I think I did it the hard way. lol. Anywho, it was a chocolate cake with a choco mousse. Covered with MMF, rock candy, gummy limes. The mound of white is "salt" white crystals. The bottle is rice crispy treats. Thanks for looking

I made this for my co-worker on her last day. It's a chocolate cake with a whipped ganache filling and dripped ganache over the top. Really rich! I've seen these cute cake here with the pirouettes on the side. So, thank you all for the idea. The ganache made the cookies stick very well. Well, these are the finished product. These came out super cute! This is the honored couple on the day of their wedding 50 years ago. I delivered to the daughter, and she was in tears. It made me so happy to see she loved them.

These are white cake with a raspberry jam filling. These were my first ever, and boy did I learn a lot and learn what NOT to do. They were fun. I used the poured fondant recipe from this site, but found when you tint the color, it gets darker as you go. I used gold luster dust.
I just got back from my course III class and finished this cake to bring into work tomorrow. It's a lemonade cake with a lemon mousse and lemon buttercream. Since I needed to write on it, I didn't put the flowers on it. Wilton fondant it really nice to work with, I hope I can make MMF work that easy too. Thank for looking!
I'd like to thank everyone here for the cutest idea! The cookies are NF and with royal icing. I sprinkled sugar dust on the yellow. The tag idea, I can't thank one person because I don't knoe who started it, but thanks! It was a big hit at the bridal shower, I made the cake also.
