This was actually an engagement cake. Cream cheese icing and burttercream roses.
My first stacked wedding cake. Also my first shot at gumpaste roses and ribbons. I was a ball of nerves with this cake! It wasn't what I visualized but it turned out ok.
Just a simple birthday cake. Buttercream roses. Love the Americolor Super Red; makes life so much easier.

Frozen buttercream transfer. Hours and hours of work but well worth it when seeing the face of that 3 year old light up.
Cakes were photographed prior to set-up at the shower. I was too excited about finally finishing all of the scroll work in the wee hours of the morning. Two layer french vanilla with cream cheese b/c frosting.

9x13- 2 layer. vanilla cake w/bc. My DH was responsible for getting this order for me. Last minute request from one of his buddies. The cake was to be simple with something in blue. Had no idea what the boys liked so this is what I came up with. It was fun making and the entire family raved about it.
9x16- 2 layer. lemon cream cheese filling. frosted in butter cream. I struggled to make something that would fit the occasion. The customer had no idea of what she wanted other than she wanted the family name on it printed in blue. She was tickled with the results. I had so much fun designing the little figures.
11x15- 2 layer, french vanilla and chocolate fudge with buttercream frosting. Although this was not the intended design (had a little bct drama ! lol), the honorees were still pleased but it could have been better.
My first baby shower cake. French vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. Had a really hard time with the stork and baby transfer. Had to scrap it and freeform.
