This was my first attempt at sugar bubbles. They turned out o.k. for a first try, I need much more practice. The birthday girl just wanted a white cake with 13 light blue fondant dots on top to look like bubbles so I thought, what the heck, it can't hurt to try! I was pleased with my first attempt.
