The design is based on a Disney Princess balloon... the budget didn't allow for the princesses to be added, so the tiara did the trick to make it "princess-y"!

My first topsy turvy cake! Biggest lesson: PUT IT TOGETHER WHEN YOU GET THERE! The first version had stripes of 3 shades of pink fondant on the bottom tier. This one has ribbon... Royal icing piping for butterflies painted with silver lustre dust. Everything else MMF
