Inspired by my favorite horror story. I have always admired Bronwyn Webber's ability to sculpt fondant faces, so I decided to give it a shot. Chocolate cake with buttercream covered in fondant and dusted with powder color and luster dust to give him a sickly look.
Saw his picture on a clip art and had to make him in cake! Single layer white cake with buttercream and fondant. Eyes are black fondant (layered beneath the white fondant then cut away) painted with black Disco dust.
9" & 6" tiered White cake with buttercream and fondant. Modeling paste bow and accents painted with silver luster dust.

This is 6 layers of devil's food cake with chocolate ganache and strawberry preserve fillings, iced in dark and light chocolate buttercream icings, with alternating Chocolate and French Vanilla Pirouette cookies, topped with chocolate dipped strawberries. I made this for a woman's 50th birthday, which she celebrated by running a half-marathon!
I made this cake for my son's 4th birthday party. I was not happy with the details on this cake. It was definately not my best work, but my little guy loved it anyway! White cake with buttercream and fondant with fondant accents.
