I'm a 29 year old qualified Baker from NZ who has a strong passion for Cake Decorating and Baking. I live in a small town in NZ with my wonderful partner and our cat :) I have worked as a Baker for 4 years mainly as a bread baker but I am hoping to begin a career as a cake decorator as that's where my true passion is. At the moment I still class myself as a amateur but am slowly gaining experience with cakes mainly just doing them for friends and family. There is no where to do any training in my area so I have to chug along myself but so far I think I'm doing alright!
