Milk Chocolate Paste
Ingredients
- 1 lb. 12 oz. Milk Chocolate
- 7 oz. Glucose
- 3 1/2 Tbs. Water
Instructions
- Warm chocolate to 105 Degrees.
- Warm glucose slightly, add to chocolate and mix well, add water.
- Place in plastic bag and let cure over night to become solid.
- Kead and use.
