1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
Sea salt
Combine peanut butter, butter and honey in a saucepan, whisk until melted and smooth. Reduce heat to low to keep warm while corn is popping.
Place oil and 5 popcorn kernels in a large heavy bottomed pot, cook over medium heat.
Once a few kernels have popped, add remaining kernels.
Place lid on pot and swirl to coat kernels with oil.
Carefully shake the pot occasionally.
Remove from heat after kernels have popped and there is 4 to 5 seconds between popping.
Pour half peanut butter mixture over popcorn and toss.
Add remaining peanut butter mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
