I’ve used this recipe in eggless Lemon Meringue Pie, Key Lime pie and for cake fillings. Ingredients 1/4 cup lime juice (or lemon)2 ½ cups soymilk1 cup sugar5 Tbsp cornstarch2 tsp lime (or lemon) zest (washed well) Instructions Whip all ingredients together in saucepan, and heat over med, stir constantly until thick and creamy. Cool to room temp before using. Approx: 8 servings

I used regular milk and it turned out just fine.
Does it have to be soy milk?
