My Big Photo Shoot!

My husband works for an international printer manufacturer. They frequently change the photos they use on their Print Sample Test Sheets ( when you go into a store and hit the print button for a sample). I was fortunate enough to be commissioned to do this cake and fruit tarts for one of those print sheets. It was a great opportunity and I can't wait to see it in stores!

lady brought me a cake pan for lighting McQueen and wanted more cake so made the background look like dirt and put on a 9x13 sheet cake

first time on topsy turvy cake. Hope you enjoy. took the class from B Keith Ryder. Learned some really neat things. the leaves were out of fondant and the decorations were out of modeling chocolate.

Mardi Gras Cake

This is my 1st first cake. It might not have turned out the way I wanted it. I am still in practice....lol. but, I was proud of myself. I need more practice & can't wait to do another one. I was very proud of my first atempt ever on the fondant roses. I love this site btw. You all have a lot of talent!! Hope to be half as good someday! Thank you for looking.
