Petal Pan
I hate this bleeping pan! It will be a looong time before I use that thing again!!! This was my little sis's wedding cake. buttercream icing, devils food cake. roses are made of gumpaste.
It looks fine!!! I hate that pan as well- mine never look like petals!!!!
The petal pan can be tricky to smooth. I'll bet your sister was pleased. A lot of love went into that cake.
