your cake looks great - but how did you manage to make your bow - i too took the wilton class but my bow did not stay upright - it was a mess - what recipe did you use
wow..nice job.. i didn't know they give certificates after completion..waiill i want to take a course too now.. there never seems to be a suitable class time at the michaels near me..have a baby and hubby can't make it home in time for me to go to the class
I used the regular Wilton buttercream icing. Is that what you used? Maybe mine was a bit stiffer than yours. It's possible your icing got a little warmer being in your hands or just being in the building.
