More Cheeseburger Cupcakes
Another batch of cheeseburger cupcakes. Made with WASC this time, I like the color of the "buns" better. Still trying to perfect the rounded top.

WASC is white almond sour cream, and the cheese is fondant. Thanks :)

Thanks :D I used a regular muffin pan, without a liner, and only put a little bit of batter so it wouldn't rise over the top. The burger part is chocolate cake balls before being dipped. (Chocolate cake and creamer, shaped into a patty)
What is WASC ? Is " cheese" made from fondant ? I did last week hamburger , but it was 8 in cake. Yours look very nice.
