I made this cake for my friend's dad who shattered his leg 10 years ago while water skiing. It was fun to make and he got a kick out of it! The water is piping gel I tinted blue and I used chocolate "rocks" to decorate with. I bought the boat and water ski figure...I'm not quite crazy enough to try making them out of gumpaste yet! : )
