Colt's Jersey
A local hockey mom saw my other jerseys and requested this for her son who is a HUGE fan of our local OHL team the Barrie Colts. That is my step-son's jersey beside it to show what it was modelled after. It is a 9x13 chocolate cake filled and iced with chocolate buttercream then covered with fondant.
Oh! I love this! My husband is a huge hockey fan (Colorado Avalanche) and I have been trying to figure out what to do for his birthday! May I borrow your idea?
