please excuse the mess in the background!! boy do you decorators make it look so easy! this cake gave me a lot of trouble, the fondant for the cap was not cooperating (my inexperience is partly to blame i'm sure), and the white chocolate frosting i could not get to smooth for the life of me. it was a huge hit at the party though and it was absolutely delicious!
