Made this for a friend. I covered the cakeboard in pink gingham contact paper that i had found for .67 a roll! (woo hoo!) WHite chocolate cake with rasp. filling and BC frosted. Regular dollar store duckie on top. very easy and very cute!

wow! thanks everyone! i used my 1A tip for the bubbles. put them here and there and wherever until i was happy with what it looked like. put the ribbon on first and "bubble" around the ribbon. :)
