Gum Paste Orchids
I did this cake for my sister-in-law, it was my first attempt at using gum paste to make flowers and leaves.

I love the icing swags on the sides of the tiers. What tip and design did you use for that?

I marked the side of the cake with one of those swag marker things, then used tip 1 and made lots of little comma type strokes along the marked line. The design is something I saw in a picture.
