Alabama Roll Tide Cake
This cake the reason I now own an airbrush. The crimson red icing was so hard to achieve. The elephant I made out of fondant. The 4 year old was in heaven over this cake. Anybody have any tips on how to take better pictures of cakes.The cakes always are better in person than in pics.

I know you said it was hard to achieve the crimson color, but do you mind sharing how you did it? It's the best crimson I've seen and I need to make an Alabama themed cake.
