Birthday Cake For A Fish Lover
My colleague's husband apparently loves his fish...he has an aquarium...so I came up with this. It is a white cake with raspberry filling and iced with meringue buttercream. I made some chocolate candy coating seashells and starfish to decorate the sides and piped some sea plants to go with. He was reportedly very happy with it.
