I loved making this very romantic wedding cake. This was my first cake I entered in to Cake International 6 years ago and I was delighted to be awarded GOLD in my category. The ruffles were a new design texture and drew a lot of interest from the judges and public. Each ruffle was individually made and took hours but I think they are worth the time.
