This is adorable!  I love the piped cupcakes!

I was looking for 'Cupcakes'!  Took a minute before I saw them.....lol

Adorable.  And might even be something I could try!  

But I'm in a Major Banana bread phase right now.....made 6 minis today, and have about 10-12 bananas waiting to ripen.

I was not too thrilled with 'oven ripening' the last batch.  Soft and mushy, yes.  Flavorful?  Not so much.  So will go old school this time.

Can anybody recommend a good Banana CAKE recipe to me?
