I made this cake in Sep 2018 for a friend's birthday. The cake is a spiced apple cake with a cinnamon buttercream filling. I haven't had much experience with fondant as I'm not a huge fan of it and I much prefer using other techniques to decorate but despite that fact it could of been a little bit more polished around the edges I was quite pleased with how it turned out and everybody loved it!
