Simple but Super fun, and incredibly Decadent six layer ice cream cone themed cake for my daughter Alicia's birthday. Chocolate cake with fillings of caramel, fudge, and marshmallow buttercream, all covered in creamy chocolate buttercream. The ice cream cones are made with what could be considered cake pop filling, frosted to look like ice cream, then dipped In ganache.
