For a Winter Wonderland party. Naked Red Velvet cake with heavy cream, cream cheese and mascarpone. Between the layers I have put some forest fruit coulis. It is a recipe of Joy of Baking. I added cinnamom, clove, anise en cardamom to the dough to get that specific winter flavor.
