I used a 9" doll and layer 4 6" (1 inch thick) chocolate cake. Between layers is chocolate buttercream. After layering the cake, I put it in the freezer so I can carve the skirt. It is then ganached and covered with fondant , decorated with fondant and edible pearls.
Very pretty and clean. I love it!
