I made these for my Sisters 50th Birthday, she wanted to give her guests a cookie (in Australia we call them biscuits) to take home with them, and asked me to make some. They are just a sugar cookie base with the icing made with corn syrup and then I stencilled one with royal icing and put some royal icing roses on them with her initials.
