My 12 year old son is a magic fanatic so I thought this cake was appropriate. It is inspired by a full fondant cake that I found on Pinterest. My son isn't the biggest fan of fondant & loves cream cheese icing so the cake was iced in a cream cheese buttercream. All of the other additions, except for the cards are made from fondant. The cake is a yellow cake with cream cheese icing and the base is fondant covered Rice Krispie treat.
