2014 NC State Fair Cake - Have to say it - my favorite cake to date! (And also the most work I've had to attempt on a cake!) Four tiers, covered in fondant, gum paste flowers. Loved working on the bottom tier - so happy with how my attempt at woodgrain turned out!
